Mon:
CaptainHookmon
Species:
Sea Man
Type:
Water/Steel, Vaccine
Alignment:
Neutral
Partner:
N/A
Abilities:
Rage Giga Anchor: Expresses its intimidating air to its opponents just by holding up the Rage Giga Anchor.
Pirate's Punisher: Attacks with violent battle styles that make free use of the Pirate's Punisher's steady-attack and gunfire functions.
Leg Revolver: Attacks with the Leg Revolver, which is suited for surprise attacks, but takes it upon itself to fire off a warning first.
Weaknesses:
One could say that he doesn't have a lot of experience dealing with children; either they'll mistake him for a wicked crook and attack him, or they rub off on him enough for him to consider them part of his crew. Speaking of, his crew is indeed one of his weaknesses; unable to stand for them being wounded, and willing to wage war to honor the fallen.
Dice Stat:
Lv: 50
HP: 136
Power: 92
Speed: 88
Defense: 91
S. Attack: 88
S. Defense: 90
Personality:
Unlike any other interpretation of the hook-armed captain you may have heard of, CaptainHookmon is a more benevolent, gentlemanly soul; professing genuine care for each and every member of his crew, and taking the path that would always end up supporting his subordinates, whether it be wiping out enemy forces, or just simply hunting for treasure. He is not of the type to bully the weak, but if challenged to a battle, he'll put every fiber of his being into it.
Likes:
His crew, treasures, the ocean, forging new bonds
Dislikes:
Bullying the weak, his crew being hurt, Petermon, Tinkermon
Appearance:
History:
As the dark beings who would take advantage of the fact that the Digidestined were no longer around prepared themselves to claim their prize, they sent out some elite subordinates to keep the Digidestined from ever returning. One of these subordinates was Mermaimon, an aquatic pirate who would stake a claim for the seas...
...but she wasn't going out on her own.
A potential rival to this female pirate was CaptainHookmon, leading his own crew of salty sea-dogs that long to loot and plunder. As they witnessed the crew of Mermaimon leaving for a new world, their ship followed suite; leading them into a new world, with new possibilities.
Anything else?
Oh yeah, we need a pirate rivalry. Any objections?
