Orre, a region just west of Johto. Known for being a vast desert where little to no life can thrive. Even pokemon. Though even in this scorching desert, it does have some serenity with it being quiet, that is until... "Eh, too easy!" The goggleheaded biker smirked at his latest stunt. Beside him, his two eon pokemon chimed out, agreeing with him. "We better lay down low, boys. The pigs will arrive there any second. No way am I going to the slammer." He snorted, though he smiled again when he glance at the armor he wore over his arm. "Especially as I have this." "Esp!" The espeon said. While humans can't understand pokemon trully, trainers with a strong bond can get the gist of things. "Hungry, huh? Alright, I think I know a stop." He said, taking a turn southward.
Just south of the Echo Canyon was a old rusted old train buried in the sand, no tracks anywhere in sight. Pieces of old machinery and metal were thrown in the back, and it front was gas pumps. A single dust old sign swung from the train, saying Outskirt Stand.Swerving by the gas meters, the young man stopped his hover bike and stepped out. "Still looks like a junkyard. At least the food doesn't taste as bad a this dump looks."

"Hm?" He took once glance at the truck. Whoever owned it didn't seem to have any worth stealing. Sides, his pokemon are hungry. They don't like waiting for food.

Wes is no historian, but he has heard how Orre was once a mining region back over at Pyrite Town. There was trains used to deliver all he minerals, but when the mines were depleted of all their resources, the trains were all then useless. The tracks were either covered up by sand or disabled for their metal to be recycled. The trains were mostly transported elsewhere, destroyed or in this case, remodeled into a diner. Right in the middle of the desert. Somehow, it seemed to be working for it. Inside was a bar, which was also used as a kitchen. The seats were used now as booths like a normal diner. Despite the locomotive being run down, its engine still works as it powers up the electronics, such as the jukebox and the TV.

"... The hell?" He never cared about world affairs, but he has heard Prof. Oak is a well respect researcher. If this news is just some bull, then how the hell they got Prof. Oak of all people to be in on it? Shaking his head, he sat at a bar stool. "Yeah, get me whatever meat you have that's edible and a drink, on the rocks. Make sure its strong."

And the TV would fizzle with static, with annoying electronic sounds. Any electronic device would give out some circuit sound.
