Before they would arrive at the ferry station, Ash, Brock, and Misty would stop over at a convenience store to gather supplies. Brock was reading a guide book about the Orange Islands, wondering how far it would take them by boat. "According to this, going by ferry would take us five hours. If we took a blimp, it would take only an hour."

As he was munching on some snacks he had bought along with the supplies, Ash glanced over at Brock. "Too bad we couldn't just take a blimp; then we'd get there a lot faster." he hummed. "Pika." And he was snacking on some crackers whilst waiting for the others to finish up.

"Speak for yourself, I like travelling by sea." Misty smirked.

"Plus, the blimp is costly." Looking up at the sky, he can see that aurora was still there.

"Hmm..." With a hum, Ash glanced up at the sky as well with a tilted head.

"Not to mention no matter how pretty that is, I'd rather stay away from it if crazy stuff is happening."

"I wonder if any of the researchers found out about it." Taking out a watch-like device, the Poke-Gear, he tuned to the radio. "In other news, Cinnabar Pokemon Labs had announced to officials and media about the strange aurora in the sky, and the creature they have in their labs. They believe they are indeed connected, for they both are consisted of digital information. Researchers say as if the creature is like digital data in physical form, like Porygons, only 100 times more advanced."

"...a hundred times?" Ash gawked upon hearing that. "So stuff like the aurora and that dinosaur are like super-computers?" He perked and glanced towards the group with a tilted head. "Pi?"

"So if they're made out of computer data, does that mean somebody made them?" Super pokemon made out of data? Sounds like something from a sci-fi story.

"If so, then who?" he thought out loud.

"...hmm..." Rubbing his head, Ash tried thinking about this... to little avail, but hey; points for effort. He looked like he was trying to think about it as well. "Pii..."

"Well, guess we might not know the answers now." Misty sighed. Meanwhile, further out into the route, deep under the water a large, wooden vessel flows through the current. Even though it looked like a sunken ship, it didn't seem to be going to sink anytime soon but flow with such control. In a damp room, there was barely any water besides the few puddles on the ground, littered with scattered gold and sea weed, a crab-like digimon scuttled in. "Captain, we have just entered the new world. However, no sign of the Digidestined yet." "Hmm.... pity." A female pouted, she sat on a pile of gold, her lower tail half flap around, "Well, no point being bored. Is there anything fun around?" "Nothing around but some kids. We at first though they were the Digidestined, but they're just some native brats to this world." "Well, fun is fun, right?" The woman smiled.

At first he thought it was Team Rocket, and no, not just the usual idiot trio...their employees. But...he didn't think they were capable of doing anything like this. They're just in it to steal Pokemon. Sighing, he stood up. "Come on, we better hurry before the ferry leaves."

Pocketing the snacks he still had on him, he stood up. "...alright. Pikachu, let's go." "Pika!" With a nod, Pikachu trotted after Ash.

As Misty walked on the docks, she stopped for a moment. She looked out the water, and felt the wind changed. The waves, they went from a gentle splash to getting wild, while at the shoreline water-pokemon were crawling up, like they were scared.
